How do I contact support?

Email 1065521866@qq.com for support, billing, refunds, privacy or security. You can email us without signing in. HelloMona is operated by CHEN SHANHUI, an individual in Shanghai, China.

You can also use the support ticket system in your HelloMona account. Sign in, open Settings → Support tickets, and create a ticket. These are the current support channels for task failures, account questions and credit purchase issues.

What should I include?

• The tool name and task ID, if available in your history.
• What you expected, what happened, and the approximate time.
• Your browser and device type for display or upload issues.
• The order reference for a purchase question; omit full card or bank details.

Never include passwords, API keys, verification codes or sensitive source images in a ticket.

Can I report a privacy or security issue?

Yes. Email us, or use a support ticket and clearly label the subject as a privacy or security concern. Describe the affected page and the problem without including secrets or other users’ personal information. For data-rights requests, we aim to respond within 30 calendar days or the applicable legal period. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Report prohibited AI content

Email 1065521866@qq.com with the subject HelloMona content report, or open a support ticket marked Content report. Include the task reference or page URL, approximate time and reason; do not forward suspected child-abuse or other illegal sexual images. The operator records the report, prioritizes urgent risks, reviews the evidence, takes appropriate action and provides an outcome where lawful. You may appeal through the same email with the subject HelloMona content appeal. See section 10 of our AIGC acceptable-use rules for the six prohibited categories, reporting instructions and review process.
