How to use this tool

  1. Describe your subject, setting, style and lighting. A specific prompt gives the generator a clearer direction.
  2. Sign in and choose 4 or 8 steps. Review the displayed credit cost before generating.
  3. Generate one image, inspect the result and download the 1024 × 1024 JPEG. Adjust the prompt for another attempt.

Ways to use your result

Concepts and moodboards

Explore the mood, colors and composition of an idea before you develop it further.

Blog and social visuals

Create a starting point for an illustration or post. Check the result before adding it to your layout.

Mockups and presentations

Replace a placeholder with a visual that fits the theme of a prototype, slide or early design.

Start with a clear subject and one visual direction

An AI text to image generator works best when your description gives it a clear starting point. Begin with the main subject, then describe the setting, lighting and visual style. For example, a ceramic vase on a blue table in soft window light gives a more specific direction than a request for a beautiful picture. Keep the first attempt focused on one scene. You can add details after you see how the subject and composition turn out.

Build a useful prompt, one detail at a time

A practical prompt can follow this order: subject, action, location, composition, light and style. Describe a red fox standing in a snowy forest, a close portrait, warm sunset light and realistic fur. Each detail has a purpose. The location sets the context; the composition tells the generator what should fill the frame. Avoid combining many conflicting styles in the same prompt. If the result is too busy, remove secondary objects before adding more instructions.

Compare drafts by changing one thing

Keep the subject and most of the prompt unchanged while you explore a different background, camera distance or light source. This makes it easier to understand which instruction improved the image. Every run creates a new result, so a repeated prompt should not be treated as an exact reproduction of a previous image. Use the four-step option for a quick draft or compare the eight-step option when exploring a more detailed direction. Both produce one square JPEG.

Use generated images as creative starting points

An illustration can help you explore a mood for a presentation, a background for a social post or a scene for a creative brief. Check the result before using it in public: small text, hands, reflections and unusual objects may need another attempt. For a design with exact wording, create the picture first and add typography in your usual design tool. HelloMona generates images from prompts; it is not a layered layout editor or a guarantee of production-ready accuracy.

Generate an image, then remove its background

When you need a separate subject for a layout, ask for a clear silhouette, a simple background and enough space around the subject. After generation, use the Background Remover to make a transparent cutout. The two tools perform separate tasks and each successful result uses its displayed credit cost. JPEG does not preserve transparency. Download the PNG from Background Remover when you want to place the subject over a different color, photo or slide background.

Know the output, credits and current limits

This text to image tool currently produces one 1024 × 1024 JPEG per run. Sign in before generating and check the credit cost shown beside the action. Image upscaling and video generation are not available here yet, so do not rely on this tool for larger resolutions or animated output. Review your prompt before each attempt, save the result you want to keep and use your task history to revisit completed work. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information in a prompt.

Write a more specific image prompt

Start with the subject, then add a setting, visual style and light. Change one detail at a time when comparing results. Asking for a vector illustration changes the look; the download is still a JPEG.

  • A ceramic coffee mug on a wooden table, warm morning side light, shallow depth of field, photographic style.
  • A city skyline at dusk, flat illustration, muted teal and orange palette, simple shapes, no text.

Frequently asked questions

What size and format will I get?
Each run produces one 1024 × 1024 image for JPEG download. JPEG does not contain transparency. To isolate a subject, send the result to Background Remover.
Do I need an account or credits?
Sign in to generate an image. Each run costs 1 credit from your balance; the cost is displayed before you generate. Running another variation uses credits again.
Are 8 steps always better than 4?
No. Eight steps use more processing than four, but the result depends on the prompt. Compare the results and choose what works for your idea.
How long can my prompt be?
Use up to 2048 characters. Keep the main subject and style clear. This is text-to-image generation: you cannot upload a reference product photo or rely on it to preserve an existing product exactly.
